This classic mustard based island hot sauce formula has been tweaked  by our research and development department to deliver more intense heat and flavour traditionally only available in our unique social village watering holes-the island rum shop. Made with secret recipes/formulas of hot peppers, turmeric, mustard, onions, garlic, vinegar and salt, passed on through the generations.

Used to enhance snacks and treats available at those institutions during typical drinking sessions i.e. Fish cakes, pork, ham and cheese cutters/sandwiches ,corned beef/sardines and biscuits/crackers, double back flying fish cutters, fried chicken livers, gizzards, necks and more. A hot sauce that is vicious  but delicious.
